We hope you love your Gower Apothecary products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, products must:

Opened Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of skincare products that have been opened, used or tampered with unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and details of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement, refund or suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

Return Postage

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or supplied in error, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivity
